Mortgage-related services are provided only through properly licensed mortgage professionals and licensed mortgage channels. Payments processed through Base44 Payments are limited to platform subscriptions, SaaS access, partner marketplace visibility, sponsorships, digital tools, marketing services, setup fees, and administrative activation fees.
